Local launch

Two processes. One local workspace.

Start the API first, then the dashboard from a second terminal. Run both commands from the repository checkout. The API binds to 127.0.0.1 by default.

01Start the control plane

02Start the web interface

This build has no production authentication. Keep it on loopback; do not expose the local API directly to the internet.
